For attorneys and fiduciaries

The clinical eyes your clients need

I am a registered nurse. Whether you refer a family or serve as guardian, agent, or trustee yourself, I give you a clear, current read on how your client is really doing, and dated documentation you can keep in the file.

When you refer a client

A trusted person to hand the care to

You focus on the legal work. I take on the day-to-day of the client's care, so the family has a professional in their corner and you know they are in good hands.

Someone actually in the home

I make scheduled home visits, assess what is really going on, coordinate the doctors, and follow through, so the plan does not just live on paper.

The same nurse every time

Your client sees me, the same registered nurse, at every visit and on every call. Nothing gets lost in a handoff.

A referral that reflects well on you

I treat the people you send me the way you would want them treated, and I am honest about what I can and cannot do. If I am not the right fit, I will say so. Your name is safe on the referral.

When you serve as guardian, agent, or trustee

Regular eyes on your client

I make scheduled home visits and send you clear observations and recommendations, so you know how your client is really doing without having to be there yourself.

Documentation you can rely on

Dated, plain-language records of each visit and the client's status, the kind that support your reporting and your decisions.

The medical side, managed

Your client's doctors, medications, and hospital transitions need coordinating, and that is not your job. I handle it and keep you informed.

One nurse across your clients

If you serve several clients, I can be the consistent nurse you call for each, so the person who knows the case is always the same.

My assessment is a registered nurse's clinical assessment. It is not a legal determination of capacity or competency.

It supports a physician's evaluation rather than replacing it.

To refer someone, bring me in for a client of your own, or keep me in mind for your next appointment: call or text 301-284-8637, or email crystal@nursepointcare.com. Same nurse every time, and I reply within one business day.

Start a conversation with me

Tell me what's going on with your family member. Send a message, or call or text if that's easier. I read every message myself and reply within one business day. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so and point you somewhere better. No cost, and no obligation.
